Private Lessons

Our hitting lessons are designed to develop complete hitters, not just better swings. We focus on swing mechanics, timing, pitch recognition, approach, power development, and game situations. Using drills, video analysis, and advanced training tools, athletes receive personalized instruction that translates directly to game performance.
Agility Training

Athleticism is the foundation of every great player. Our agility training develops speed, acceleration, change of direction, balance, coordination, and explosive movement. Every session is designed specifically for baseball and softball athletes, helping players move more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and gain an advantage on the field.

Our pitching lessons focus on building strong, confident pitchers through proper mechanics, velocity development, command, movement, and mental approach.
Whether you’re learning the fundamentals or preparing for high-level competition, every lesson is customized to your current skill level and long-term goals. We help athletes throw with more consistency, reduce injury risk, and compete with confidence in the circle.
Team Training

The Refinery Athletics partners with baseball and softball teams to provide structured, high-level training in a professional indoor facility. Team training can include hitting, defensive instruction, agility, position-specific development, live batting practice, or full practice sessions led by our coaching staff or your own coaches.
Programs are customized to fit each team’s goals, schedule, and competitive level, making them an ideal solution for travel ball organizations, school teams, and youth programs.

Elite defense wins games. Our fielding lessons emphasize footwork, glove work, throwing mechanics, first-step quickness, positioning, and game awareness. Players receive position-specific instruction that improves consistency, confidence, and overall defensive IQ while preparing them for game-speed situations.

Our catching lessons develop every aspect of the position, including receiving, blocking, framing, footwork, throwing mechanics, pop time, game management, and communication. Catchers work in realistic game situations while learning the leadership skills needed to control the field and become trusted defensive leaders.
